Boomanji Slots
What did we make of the Boomanji slot game when we checked it out recently, you might wonder? We love an eye-catching game to play, and this slot does tick that box for sure. Think of all the primary colors and throw in plenty of other bright ones to finish things off, and you’ve got the Boomanji slot game.

Come with us as we guide you through its features and symbols to see what’s in store for you in future.

Who created this game?

This is another delight to come from the creative team at Betsoft.

Make sure you check out the demo

It’s wise to do this because you’ve got a chance to see how it looks and works – both essential to know before you commit to any real coin bets.

What’s the theme?

The ‘boom’ part of the title is really the only clue here. Once you load the game, you can see lots of fireworks and other explosive devices intended to create some noise, so that’s the idea behind this one.

A super design is in store

The background doesn’t do much, but it is relevant as we can see stars in the night sky. Fireworks are let off at night, so this much makes sense. There are multicolored rockets, green boxes saying KA POW, and purple bombs with fuses, along with several others that are just as bright.

Let’s play the Boomanji slot game

Here we go with the basics for the game. We have five reels in action, each separated by what looks like a beam of light. You can also see three fireworks landing on each reel. No progressives make it into this one.

There is only one crucial symbol to look at in this game, and it is a wooden crate filled with all the fireworks you can see elsewhere on the reels. This makes sense because it is the wild symbol and it can replace everything else.

Anything worth noting about the paylines?

There are 10, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but they do pay in both directions.

Choosing a bet to go with

Choose your coin denomination first, which must be between 0.01 and 1.00, with several other values between those two. The game also offers up to 10 coins to play on each line, so there are far more variations here with wagers than you’d first think. We recommend playing all 10 lines too, especially as you essentially have 20 as they pay both ways.

Spot the seven fireworks in the paytable

While some games have far more symbols to share, this one only has seven – plus the wild – making it easier to spot wins more often if things work out.

Is there a bonus to look out for?

No, Boomanji doesn’t include one of these rounds.

Would you like some free spins?

There aren’t any of these either, but you can look out for respins instead. The idea is that the wild can land on reels two, three, or four during the game. Whenever it does, it expands to fill the reel and then stays there while the remaining reels all spin again for free.

If this should produce another wild on one of the two remaining reels it can land on, that will also expand, giving you another respin with two wild reels. This can occur up to three times if you are fortunate enough to get a wild on all three of those reels.

Do we know the RTP value?

It could be around the 95.5% mark, but we have seen some sites putting it slightly above or below this. The 95% part is agreed upon by everyone though.

Our rating for playing the Boomanji slot

This is a straightforward game to play, but it is reassuring to see that Betsoft hasn’t skimped on the graphics. It reminded us a little of Starburst from NetEnt, but we think we prefer this one. It certainly does enough to warrant an 8/10 score.

The three rockets shoot toward the biggest prize

These symbols give you 250x your wager if you can get five of them on the same paid payline, so watch out for those.

The demo game is superb

If you have a few moments to spare and you don’t want to play the real Boomanji game, the practice version still offers a lot of entertainment.

Betsoft-friendly casinos offer the real game too

You’ll need an account at the relevant casino to play it but look out for a deposit deal if you’re going to sign up.

Play on mobile as well if you can

This one is colorful enough to look incredible even on a smartphone. You can, of course, play on a tablet as well if you like.
